At Ame_handmadesg, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade fashion pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or Instagram DM with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Our artisans will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the item is eligible for return based on our handmade quality standards.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it back to our Singapore studio using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new handmade selection.
